What is energizing Indiana? Energizing Indiana is a united effort by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, participating utilities, and consumer organizations to offer comprehensive energy efficiency programs that bring savings to communities across the state. Energizing Indiana saves energy and strengthens the economy. Energizing Indiana gives each resident the avenues to find the best and most convenient path to lead them to the right decision for their family, business and community.

How does the Foundation benefit?

To kick start the program, Energizing Indiana will donate $25 to the Foundation for each audit that is done (up to $25,000)!

How do REALTORS® and members benefit? 

• Great information to share with your clients. The audit is FREE, but those who participate will receive tips on making their homes more energy efficient, and they will also receive a energy kit with light bulbs, low flow shower heads and low flow faucet aerators! What a GREAT way to help get your clients started on the right foot and save money!
• Simple but HELPFUL way to help raise money for the Foundation. We cannot make an impact on homelessness without YOU!

Sign up to volunteer on June 8th with fellow MIBOR members as we make a difference for several REALTOR® Foundation grant recipients and neighbors of last year’s Building a Living Legacy neighborhood, St. Clair Place.

The day will run from 11:00 a.m. to around 3:00 p.m. Box lunches will be delivered to your work site! Volunteers can choose from several projects including painting, cleaning carpets and organizing donations. Be part of making a difference.
